Below are some of the components we have incorporated into our lines in the past:

  • Automated Feed: We are spelising in bespoke solutions. We can automate the operation of singulating the plasma bags and bottles to allow bulk feed.
  • Reject Stations : Reject stations are ideal for automated removal of products from the line based on barcodes, shape, colour etc. The scanners can be connected to customers ERP system.
  • Thawing Bath: A thawing bath at the infeed will improve the speed and recovery rate.
  • Crusher Unit: To reduce the thawing process, a crusher unit can be added to the system to crush the frozen plasma before entering the tank.
  • Plasma Collection Tank: For smaller or existing operations that a thawing tank can not be connected to the system outfeed, we have bin systems that will help with manual transfer of the frozen product to the next process station.
