Centreline

Privacy policy

How Centreline uses the details you send through our enquiry, spare parts and job application forms, where they are kept and how to have them deleted.

This policy covers the details you provide through the forms on centreline.co: the enquiry form, the spare parts form, and job applications. It is run by Centreline Technologies Pty Ltd in Melbourne.

What we collect

  • What you type in: your name, company, email, phone number, subject and your message. On the spare parts form, also the machine, its serial or job number, the parts you need and how urgent it is.
  • How you found us: the page you sent the form from, the page you first landed on, the site that linked you to us, and any campaign tags in the link.
  • Your country, worked out from your connection. We don’t keep your IP address.

Why we collect it

Only to answer you: to reply to your enquiry, quote and supply parts, follow up on a project, or consider your job application. Knowing how you found us helps us see which pages and posts are useful.

We don’t sell or share your details, add you to a mailing list or use them for advertising.

Where it goes

  • Our website’s database
  • An email to our team
  • Our business system (ERP)

These services may store data outside Australia. We use them only to run our business, and only our staff can see your details.

Spam protection

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Cloudflare sees basic details about your browser for that check. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the records that grow from them for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

We delete job applications we don’t take further after 12 months.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email hello@centreline.co. We’ll tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it unless we have to keep it by law. If you’re unhappy with how we handled your details, tell us first; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We may update this policy. Last updated 26 October 2026.

Every line starts with a conversation.

Tell us what you make and what you need to automate. Our engineers will come back with options, layouts and a quote.
