From a random flow to straight rows
Fryers, ovens and coolers don’t deliver product in neat rows. Donuts, pies and pastries come off them scattered across the belt, which makes the next step hard to automate.
The RA-8 fixes that. Stainless lane guides steer each product into a lane as the belt carries it through. At the end of the lanes, a pneumatic gate holds the product back and releases it as a straight row across the belt. Each row is square and evenly spaced, ready for a pie packing machine, a case packer or the next process.
Built around your product
We built the first machine for donuts. The same design suits pies, pastries and other round products. We set the number of lanes, the guides and the gate timing to suit your product and the machine after it.
